About us
The history of cluBaleno and
how the group was formed
Welcome
to the largest, friendliest most experienced Suzuki Baleno
enthusiasts group in the world!
CluBaleno
is a group set up by the owners, for the owners! With a recognised
gap in the market for a web site and group solely devoted
to cater for the Suzuki Baleno, we created our own. The club
has now been running successfully since July 2002!
If
you own a Suzuki Baleno, you will know how hard it can be
to modify the car. The large manufacturers do not have much
experience of tuning and modifying the car and have little
and in most cases no knowledge of what can be done. It is
for this reason that cluBaleno was formed. To gather together
the owners and modifiers of the car, to learn from each other
and to create the largest group and web site in the world
that caters only for the Suzuki Baleno.
Since
its launch back in July 2002, the club has seen a steady increase
in its members. People from all over the world have joined
cluBaleno and its these members of the club that make it what
it is today. What makes cluBaleno even more impressive is
that the group is a 100% non profit making organisation!
All
the members of this group have one thing in common, its a
mission statement to "modify something different"
and to stand out from the crowd. But we have huge setbacks
and hurdles to cross when modifying, in comparison with the
likes of the Saxo and Corsa owners. Our number one enemy is
that there are very little "off the shelf" products
available for the car. Most of the modifications carried out
on our cars are strictly one-offs, if it doesn't fit - make
it fit!
Unlike
most other Suzuki groups on the web, we only welcome the Baleno
owners. There are hundreds of sites out there that cater for
all makes of Suzuki, but these are often over-run by Swifts.
We have developed a large community of Baleno enthusiasts
and we plan to keep it that way.
Everyone
who owns and modifies a Baleno should be part of this group.
It is the only group of its kind in the UK and the largest
in the world. So register
